1. Who we are

Four Favours Events ("we", "us") is an online service run by Four Favours, based in the Philippines, that lets people create wedding websites and collect RSVPs. You can reach us at hello@fourfavours.com.

By creating an account or using a wedding website made with Four Favours Events, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. A few words we use

• Host: the person who creates and manages a wedding website, such as a bride, groom, partner, family member or wedding coordinator.
• Guest: anyone a Host invites to view their wedding website or RSVP.
• Wedding site: the website a Host creates with our service.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Please give accurate details and keep your login private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know right away.
• Wedding coordinators and others creating a site for a couple must have the couple's permission to do so, and to upload their guest list.

4. Your guest list and responsibilities

When you upload a guest list, you're sharing other people's personal details with us. By doing so, you confirm that:

• You have a genuine reason to share these details, such as inviting them to your wedding.
• You'll only use guests' details for your wedding.
• The details are accurate as far as you know.

5. Things you can't do

Please don't use Four Favours Events to:

• Post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing or explicit.
• Use someone else's photos or content without permission.
• Send spam or collect information for anything other than your wedding.
• Try to break, overload or access parts of the service you're not meant to.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Payments and refunds

• Building and previewing a wedding site is [free]. A one-time fee per wedding site is charged when you publish.
• Prices are shown in Philippine pesos before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, [PayMongo]. We don't store your card details.
• Refunds: [your refund policy, for example "full refund within 7 days of publishing if no guests have replied yet"].
• If we change prices, it won't affect sites you've already paid for.

7. Your content belongs to you

Your wedding details, photos, stories and guest list belong to you. You give us permission to store and display them only so we can run your wedding site.

Featuring your site: we'd love to share beautiful wedding sites on our social media and website, but only if you say yes. In your settings, you can choose to let us feature your site's design. If you opt in:

• We'll only show your site's design and the details you're happy to share. We'll never show guest information.
• You can change your mind anytime, and we'll stop using your site in new posts.

8. Our content

The Four Favours Events name, themes, templates, ornaments and website design belong to us. You can use them for your wedding site, but please don't copy or resell them.

9. Keeping things running

We work hard to keep Four Favours Events available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with services we rely on. We may improve or change features over time, and we'll let you know about changes that affect your published site.

10. Closing your account

You can delete your wedding site or account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. If that happens, we'll explain why where we reasonably can.

11. The fine print

• Four Favours Events is provided "as is". We're not responsible for guests' decisions, the accuracy of what guests enter, or events outside our control.
• As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the wedding site involved.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer protection laws.

12. Changes, governing law and contact

• We may update these Terms. If the changes are important, we'll let Hosts know by email or in the app before they take effect.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
